01Who they are

Miller Creative is a Chicago creative firm; they contracted me to build Articulate courses for United Airlines.

02The challenge

Build United’s courses in Articulate from documents Miller’s team provided — and bridge the gap between what the designers envisioned and what Storyline can actually do.

03What I did

Built the Articulate files, worked hand-in-hand with the artistic team, and troubleshot the friction points between design intent and Storyline’s real-world constraints — the translation layer between “beautiful in the mockup” and “works as a course.”

04The outcome

United Airlines eLearning that kept the designers’ visual intent intact while actually functioning as deployable Storyline courses.

The work

United’s training content is confidential, so here’s the work itself — how I turned the creative team’s design into finished, deployable Storyline courses.

What I delivered

Design-to-development, in Articulate Storyline

  • Built United’s eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline from storyboards and design provided by the creative team.
  • Worked directly with the artistic team to preserve their visual intent while making it function as real, interactive courseware.
  • Troubleshot the gap between design and development — what looks right in a mockup versus what Storyline can actually build and deploy.
  • Delivered finished, deployable Storyline courses that kept the designers’ look intact.

Client courseware is confidential and not shown publicly. Work samples can be shared privately on request, subject to client confidentiality.
